I clearly remember the first time I had yoga with Miisa ..it was one sunrise of Dec 2020 on the rooftop of Aguita Hostel . At that time she was teaching yoga in another town ( agaete if I remember well ), but she was having her routine of yoga everymorning at the hostel, so one day she let us join her yoga flow and it was amazing . From that moment everytime I had the chances to join her class I have always did It. Her guidance and her calm voice has been a balsam for my soul and let me always go deep in the pratices of yoga !
